A naturopathic consultation is a healing tool in its own right. The undivided attention, being listened to and acknowledged is very therapeutic. I take all your symptoms, how you feel physically and emotionally and I try to give you a clearer understanding of what is going on in your body. From there, we work on a plan that suits you, to help you get better and remain better.
First session £90
Prior to the first appointment you will be sent some paperwork and questionnaires to complete. You are also invited to share any previous test results (blood work, imagery testing...). The appointment will last 90 minutes and a full case study is taken to get an overall picture of your health, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing. When appointments are face to face, you will also have a short 15 minutes physical examination. A few days after the initial meeting, you will receive your personalised set of notes and recommendations and remedy suggestions. Herbal remedy and supplements are not included in the fee.
Follow-up appointment £60
Follow-ups last 60 minutes and is usually taken one month after the first consultation, when we review the work, progress, remedies and any issues that might arise. Herbal remedy and supplements are not included in the fee.
Working Hours
I see patients Monday to Wednesday in my home in South-East London. Online consultations are available while the Covid-19 restrictions are still in place. Free Parking.
Email support
While I am available for email support in between consultations for questions relating to your nutrition/lifestyle/remedy plan, I am unable to deal with new health issues arising, unrelated to your initial assessment. An appointment should be booked. Emails are answered from Monday to Thursday.
Emergency
If you have a health emergency, please contact your GP or local A&E.
Remedy prices:
- Herbal tincture £12 per 100 ml (one week supply)
- Herbal powder £22 for 200g (one month supply)
- Herbal oil £6 for 50ml
- Herbal suppositories £10 for one week supply
Please note that all remedies are made specifically for each patient after consultation only. I don't sell remedies.
Supplements
While I mostly use herbal remedies, I sometimes prescribe supplements, which are all food based and non synthetic/GM. I work with The Natural Dispensary and Amrita Nutrition, where my patients can get a small discount on their orders.
Private Testing
Depending on budget and condition, I may prescribe private testing. I work with a few reputable labs around the UK, US and Germany mainly. Tests could be for digestive health and microbiome, hormonal profile, autoimmunity, food allergy...Prices are on request.
Sniff Package

This is a 30 minutes phone consultation + remedy for 2 weeks for acute seasonal issues like cold/flu/ear infections.
